bob cat tracksteer edit

For Farming Simulator 2011

this is myedit of the bobcat track steer

all i have done to this mod is
change the mass and center of gravity ( so it don't tip over)
the front frame tilt limit(  so it now tips back )
change the beacon light speed ( so it looks more like a strobe light)
