I know some of you are encountering a few small problems with the website. That's normal, we changed a lot of things recently and with over 60,000 members, there's going to be a few who have problems.

But, people who are reporting errors are being very unhelpful. Things like "It comes up error" or "the page is broken" are the most unhelpful things you could possibly say.

First of all, please always try the following before reporting an error:

-Clear your cache - this is in your Internet options normally.
-Delete your LSUK Cookie. This is named "cookie:[email protected]" (or sometimes it has www. in it) and the name of the cookie data is "sim-uk-smf".

If you don't know how to do that, please use google. It's not a difficult thing to do but it varies depending what browser you're using.

So if you still get a problem, please provide the following information when you report it:

- What time/date was it?
- What was the exactly URL?
- What were you trying to do?
- What exactly did the error message say?

If it helps to explain, you could provide a screenshot. Please upload it to somewhere like http://imageshack.us.

If you're reading this as a guest and are having problems logging in, please email the details of the problem to [email protected]

If you're able to log in, please send me the error report directly via PM
